UV15X-6Med-2 One Part UV Curable System
UV curing system with high flexibility that is biocompatible per USP Class VI testing. Medium viscosity. Superior abrasion resistance. Non-yellowing. Reliable thermal and electrical insulator. Serviceable from -80°F to +250°F.
EP21LV3/5Med Two Part Epoxy Compound
Low viscosity epoxy adhesive, sealant, coating and casting compound. USP Class VI approved. Resists vibration, impact, shock., thermal cycling. Ideally suited to bond dissimilar substrates. Serviceable from -80°F to +250°F. Withstand exposure to EtO, radiation and chemical sterilants. Excellent toughness.
X21Med One Component Elastomeric System
Specially formulated one component system for bonding and priming polyolefinic surfaces. Can be used as a primer to promote adhesion of polyolefinic substrates to other surfaces such as metals, ceramics. Viscosity 250 cps. Room temperature curing. Serviceable from -60°F to +200°F. Passes ISO 10993-5 for medical devices.
UV Dual Curing System UV22DC80-1Med
Dual cure system with UV and heat curing mechanisms. Cures at 80°C in shadowed out areas. Nano filled, high dimensional stability and abrasion resistance. Bonds well to metals, glass, ceramics and most plastics. Serviceable from -60°F to +350°F.
MasterSil 912Med One Part RTV Silicone System
Single component silicone with a paste viscosity for bonding, sealing and coating medical devices. Non-corrosive, neutral cure compound complies with USP Class VI and ISO 10993-5 specifications. Resists many kinds of sterilization including gamma and other types of radiation, EtO and some types of liquid sterilants.
