Specialty Ultraviolet Packaging
Master Bond has developed a highly effective custom resin packaging system for UV curable adhesives, sealants and coatings. This Master Bond system includes a "double light barrier" where the UV compound is packaged in a light blocking, black applicator and the syringe itself is sealed in a black plastic pouch until ready for use. All packaging processes occur in a completely light free environment.

Viscosities and Packaging Sizes
Offering a range of viscosities, compounds can be conveniently packaged in pre-measured sizes from 1 cc to 30 cc. Such precise packaging is designed not only to prevent premature contamination of the compounds but also to facilitate safe, highly efficient, and consistently precise dispensing of exact amounts.
