Product Description

Master Bond Supreme 3ANHT is a one component, thermally conductive, electrically insulating epoxy for bonding and sealing. It is not premixed and frozen, and has an unlimited working life at room temperature. It cures readily at 250°F in 20-30 minutes and at at 300°F in 5-10 minutes. It is easy to apply with a paste consistency. Upon curing, Supreme 3ANHT has good shear and peel strength. It is a toughened system and can withstand thermal cycling. This epoxy bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, glass and many plastics. It has good resistance to many chemicals, especially water, oils, fuels and cleaning agents. Its service temperature range is -100°F to +350°F. Its color is off-gray. Supreme 3ANHT is a good option for applications in aerospace, electronics, opto-electronics, specialty OEM and related industries, where the properties mentioned above are desirable.
