Product Description

Master Bond Supreme 3ANLV-1 is a one component, thermally conductive, electrically insulating epoxy for bonding and sealing. It is not premixed and frozen, and has an unlimited working life at room temperature. It cures readily at 250°F in 20-30 minutes and at 300°F in 5-10 minutes. It is a moderate viscosity system with excellent flow properties.

Upon curing, Supreme 3ANLV-1 has good shear and peel strength. It is a toughened system and can withstand thermal cycling. This epoxy bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, glass and many plastics. It has good resistance to many chemicals, especially water, oils, fuels and cleaning agents. Its service temperature range is -100°F to +300°F. Its color is off-gray. Supreme 3ANLV-1 is a good option for applications in aerospace, electronics, opto-electronics, specialty OEM and related industries, where the properties mentioned above, particularly regarding flowability, are desirable.
