Fast curing adhesives can cure in minutes, or even seconds, which can improve assembly time and costs. Fast cure adhesives are available as one and two part formulations and come in a range of different chemistries.

Master Bond’s specialty flame resistant formulations consist of epoxy and silicone compounds. These products feature superior performance properties even upon exposure to adverse environmental conditions.

Master Bond's product line features many epoxy systems that conform to Title 21, U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, FDA Chapter 1, Section 175.105 requirements for food safety. Specific formulations have also been independently tested and passed stringent FDA CFR 175.300 specification and the NSF/ANSI 51.4.1 (2009) standard for food applications.

Master Bond formulations are available in a very wide range of viscosities from as low as 200 cps to in excess of 1,500,000 cps. Low viscosity formulations are mainly used where very thin gaps must be filled and higher viscosity formulations are typically used in applications with vertically positioned components to ensure minimal sagging.
