Since Master Bond is a custom formulator of polymer systems we want to make sure you are getting the most appropriate custom formulation to suit your application. By discussing your application with one of our adhesive specialists, we can ensure that you will be recommended the most effective polymer system to meet your needs.

What are your hours of business?
Master Bond is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (EST).
What languages is technical support provided in?
Our technical support team is fluent in several languages including: English, Hebrew, French and Hindi.
Can I order your products directly online?
No, we are a custom formulator and therefore do not have any off the shelf items. Each product is made to order to meet specific application requirements.
What is your ordering process?
Master Bond has a very simple ordering process consisting of only three steps. First call, fill out a form, or fax our technical support staff to discuss your application requirements. Next, contact our customer service representatives to receive a quote on your recommended product and finally, place your order.

How can I better understand the mixing ratios associated with your two part systems?
Our two part systems are often referred to as kits. By looking at the technical data sheet you will be able to see the exact mix ratio for the product you are interested in and then you can click here to see how much material the kit will yield.
What quantity of material should I order?

What shipping methods do you offer for international customers?
Master Bond works closely with UPS and Federal Express for shipping purposes. However, products can be shipped via any common carrier requested by our customer including via freight forwarder. All packaging for shipments meets appropriate Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Do you ship hazardous material internationally?
Master Bond ships hazardous material internationally, via FedEx Priority 1 or by a freight forwarder following all international regulations. Our staff is hazmat trained and certified.
What forms of payment do you accept for international customers?
Master Bond accepts payment via credit card (American Express, Visa or Master Card), check in advance or bank transfer in advance. Terms can be established after the first order has been completed and the appropriate references have been checked. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
What types of documentation can I request with the material I purchase?
We offer technical data sheets, safety data sheets (SDS, formerly known as material safety data sheets), certificate of conformance (C of C) and other test data upon request and availability.
What languages are your technical documents and certifications available in?
All documentation provided by Master Bond is available in English only.
What information should I include on my purchase order?
Four of the most important pieces of information to include on your purchase order are:
- The part number, quantity and price of the material you are purchasing
- Your full name and shipping/billing address, along with a phone number & email address
- Your preferred shipping method along with your shipping account number, if applicable
- Your preferred method of payment
Do you supply instructions on how to apply the material?
Please refer to the technical data sheet supplied with your order for instructions on how to apply your polymer system. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us for technical support.
How can I ensure the shelf life of the material I purchase?
To ensure maximum shelf life, you should closely follow the storage instructions listed on the product's technical data sheet. In addition, each package purchased lists the date of manufacture. The shelf life of a compound is calculated from its date of manufacture.
