Product Description

Master Bond EP3HT combines easy processing with excellent physical and bonding strength properties. It is a one part system requiring no mixing and can be stored at room temperature or in a refrigerator. While it needs oven curing with a minimum temperature of 250°F, it is exceptionally fast curing at that temperature (even faster at higher temperatures). It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals, ceramics and most plastics and has superb physical strength properties. EP3HT also offers good electrical insulation properties. The service temperature is -60°F to +400°F. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents. EP3HT possesses superior chemical resistance to water, oils, fuels and many acids and bases. The color of EP3HT is brown to tan. This epoxy is widely used in the aerospace, electronics, electrical and OEM industries where superior physical properties, fast curing and high performance are essential. A non-drip version called EP3HTND-2, which can be applied to vertical surfaces without sagging or dripping, is also available.

Product Advantages

  • Single component system; no mixing required
  • Minimum cure temperature of 250°F
