Master Bond MasterSil 705TC is an exceptionally user friendly, one component, thermally conductive, electrically isolating, high performance silicone for bonding, sealing and coating applications. The material is an off-white colored paste. It cures readily at ambient temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture and is a noncorrosive type silicone. Its most prominent features are excellent thermal conductivity and retention of superb electrical insulation properties. It has a wide service temperature range of -60°F to +400°F. Its paste-like viscosity is ideal for bonding applications and it adheres well to metals, composites and many plastics. As MasterSil 705TC is silicone based, it offers a degree of reworkablity. In summary, it is a unique, “go to” product where a one part thermally conductive, electrically isolating, room temperature curing system combined with high temperature resistance and excellent flexibility is desirable.
